To apply, you'll need to gather the following documents in PDF format:

Degree Certificate: A certified copy of your previous degree, with a certified English translation if necessary.

Language Proficiency: Proof of proficiency in the language of instruction (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS for English)

Motivation Letter: A personal statement explaining your interest in the program and how it aligns with your goals.

Curriculum Vitae (CV): An updated CV outlining your educational background, work experience, and relevant skills.

Submit your completed application form and all required documents online by sending an email to the affiliated faculty coordinator. Ensure that all documents are submitted before the application deadline. Also attach the bank transfer verification about the transfered application fee

To start your application process you need to transfer 150 EUR application fee to the University of Pannonia's bank account.

Once your fee amount successfully arrived to the bank account your application will be reviewed.

The fee is non-refundable

We can accept the application fee only via bank transfer.

Please make sure that the total amount of the application fee (150 euro) arrives to the account and no bank charges have been taken from the amount.

After your documents are reviewed, you will be invited to an interview with the Admission Committee of the Faculty. The interview can be conducted online. The committee will assess your suitability for the program and make a recommendation regarding your admission.

If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Notification from the Faculty. This letter will instruct you to transfer the tuition fee for the first two semesters of your chosen program. Transfer the required tuition fee to the bank account. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an Official Letter of Admission.

Use the Official Letter of Admission to apply for a visa at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Please note that having valid health insurance is required for the entire duration of your stay in Hungary.

If your visa application is denied, the University of Pannonia will refund the prepaid tuition fee. To request a refund, submit a written request along with the visa refusal letter and your preferred bank account details. The refund form is available for download here.

Once your visa is approved and your travel plans are set, start preparing for your studies at the University of Pannonia. Make sure to arrange your accommodation (dormitories are available), get your health insurance in order.

And familiarize yourself with the campus and the city of Veszprém, Nagykanizsa or Kőszeg.
