If you would like to study as Erasmus+ student at University of Pannonia, you should first contact the Erasmus coordinator at your home university and ask to send us an official nomination via e-mail (erasmus@uni-pannon.hu) with your name, gender, subject area code, exchange period, e-mail address. After receiving an official nomination, we will contact each nominated student and provide all information about the application procedure.

The nomination deadlines (Erasmus+ student mobility for studies) are the following: For spring semester: 15 November, For autumn semester: 31 May.

The deadline for submitting the Erasmus+ student mobility for internships applications should be two months before the starting day of the mobility activity.

After we received your official nomination you should fill out the following documents (HANDWRITTEN FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!):

  1. Application form - typed, printed, stamped and signed by the Erasmus coordinator 

  2. For studies  you have to fill out Online Learning Agreement (in case of problem fill out Learning Agreement – paper verion)

  3. For traineeships you have to fill out Learning Agreement for Traineeships 

  4. The copy of your English Language Certificate (minimum criteria: B1 or B2 intermediate level depending on the bilateral agreement of the University of Pannonia and your institution) 

  5. Arrival Information Sheet - Note: exact date of arrival can be added later.

  6. Accommodation Application Form – information on accommodation can be found on the following link

  7. Transcript of Records in English language - a list of all subjects you have completed at your University before coming to University of Pannonia. The document is issued by your university is accepted.

  8. A photocopy of the applicant’s passport or ID card 

All the required documents should be sent via e-mail (erasmus@uni-pannon.hu)  to the International Office of the University of Pannonia by 30th June for the 1st semester or full year or by 30th November for the 2nd semester.

Once we receive your application documents, they will be sent to the relevant coordinator for approval. If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance sent to your e-mail address specified in your application form.
