Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Programme is a great study opportunity for prospective students who have Hungarian roots but live outside the European Union. Step 1. Register in the Dream Apply system
The application for the scholarship programme is submitted through the Dream Apply system.
After filling out your profile data, you will be able to upload your application documents.
Step 2. Choose your study levels and study mode
Within the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship programme, you can choose from a variety of programmes at different study levels, including Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral programmes, as well as preparatory courses and specialized training. Besides full-time programmes, students can choose one- or two-semester exchange studies.
Step 3. Select your dream programme
The University of Pannonia offers English-language and Hungarian-language high-quality study programmes at all academic levels. Choose your programme as a major step towards your dream career! The list of available programmes can be found at this webpage.
It is possible to apply for up to two study programmes, in the order of preference. Your first-priority application will be considered first. Only the remaining places in the second-choice programme will be filled with the applicants whose applications for the first-choice programmes were not successful – please keep it in mind while determining the order of preference.
Step 4. Submit the application to Tempus Public Foundation
Follow the instructions in the Dream Apply platform to fill out your personal information and upload the documents necessary for admission. Keep in mind that the deadline for submitting the application is January 31, 2024.

Selecting scholarship holders is a thorough multiple-stage process. The procedure includes the evaluation of recommendations and motivation letters, as well as the examination of the candidates. While registering, use your reliable e-mail, so that you receive all the important notifications from Tempus Public Foundation.
The entrance exam is held online and may vary in content, depending on the chosen study programme. The representatives of the faculty will contact you prior to the interview, so that you can prepare for it.
Based on the results of the exam, you will receive notification about final admission results until the end of June.
