Scholarship opportunity to assist in the organization of the HOPE Conference

Location: University of Pannonia, Veszprém Campus, Lower Campus
Tasks to be performed:
A. Participation in receiving the arriving delegation:
- Registration of invited guests
- Providing information at information desks
- Participation in the coordination of programs
B. Assistance in setting up the conference rooms at the venue
Scholars are required to complete the tasks as instructed by the event coordinator.
A one-time payment of 12,000 HUF will be provided for the completion of tasks, which will be paid in the form of a scholarship, following the certification by the event coordinator and the professional leader of the Stipendium Hungaricum Program.
Eligible applicants: Students of the University of Pannonia who
- Have excellent communication skills,
- Speak English at least at an intermediate (B2) level,
- Are scholarship holder (state scholarship, partial scholarship) or,
- Are self-financing (self-funded),
- Are enrolled in full-time undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs,
- Have an active student status but have not yet obtained the pre-degree certificate.
