International Picnic

On the 24th of April, the University of Pannonia celebrated the diversity of the student community at the long-awaited International Picnic! Dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the university, this bright event attracted not only international and Hungarian students, but also teachers, university staff and other guests.

Despite the rainy and cold weather, the warm atmosphere of the community, delicious home-made food and international music made the event one of the highlights of the semester. Representatives of fourteen cultures prepared their traditional meals and shared interesting facts about their traditions and cuisine.

The event would not be complete withotut the special guests – music bands Curved Space and Zoord. International tunes and authentic sounds from different parts of the world only contributed to the atmosphere of diversity.

International Picnic became a perfect opportunity for students to bring the international and Hungarian community together, unwind and have fun. The guests could participate in mini games, take on the juice pong challenge and enjoy live communication in a good company. Dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the university, the event once again proved the diversity and inclusiveness of the student community.
